Friends of Wilmington Parks offers programs to the public each quarter. These are great opportunities to learn more about our parks and celebrate their beauty. FOWP members receive discounted tickets and invitations to sign up early. Check back here for upcoming event details.

$15/person, Boxed Dinner ordered in advance

Opera at the Sugar Bowl

Join us for an evening of live opera at the Sugar Bowl. Opera Delaware’s Pop Up Opera will be performing famous arias and popular show tunes at the iconic Sugar Bowl. This high energy performance will delight opera buffs and newbies alike. With a roster of talented artists, a supercharged t-shirt cannon, bubble machines, prizes, and giveaways, Pop-Up Opera is an EXPERIENCE!

Bring your chairs and picnic blankets and enjoy an evening to remember for the whole family.

To make the night complete, FOWP is offering boxed dinners for pre-order and beer and wine for sale. Each dinner includes a sandwich, chips, pasta salad, piece of fruit and a cookie.
